FREE PRIZE DRAWS

 

·The sooner you arrive, the sooner you can enter your ticket into the draws and become eligible for the draws.

 

·Every person that attends can pick up a ticket at the table clearly marked to do so, and enter into the draws.

 

·Only one ticket per person, your hand will be stamped when you have received your ticket.

 

·Young children & babies are all included.  Their tickets can be given to parents or another adult as some of the prizes are obviously not suitable for young children.

 

·Approx. draw times are posted, along with the item being drawn at that time. 

·It is your responsibility to be present and ensure the best odds for yourself.

 

·When a ticket is drawn, the winner’s number and or name will be announced by the outdoor stage area, the indoor stage area, poolside, and in the arena.

 

·The winning ticket holder will have 15 minutes from draw time to claim their prize.  The winning ticket holder must be PRESENT to claim their prize.

 

·If the winner does not come forward after 15 minutes, another ticket will be drawn and the process will start again.  The previous ticket drawn will go back into the bin to be eligible for future draws.

 

·Once you have won a prize, your ticket does not go back into the bin for any future draws.

 

·It is your responsibility to ensure that if you leave the venue, go swimming, go skating, etc…. that you watch the clock for approx. draw times or give your ticket to someone to hold for you, that will be able to hear the announcements.

 

·If you give someone your ticket to hold, that person can claim the prize, however, it is recognized that the ticket now belongs to whoever is coming forward with the called number.  Whether or not that person in turn gives the prize to you, is between the two of you.
